When you create a Web Folder for your site, you create a mirror image of your Documents application that you can access and modify just as would any other folder in Windows Explorer.
It is important to note that the files and folders you access via Web Folders are live on your site; they are not a copy on your own computer. When you make changes to a document via Web Folders, you are saving to a file path and URL out on the Web, meaning changes are saved directly to your site.
Before you can use Web Folders to manage the folders on your site, you must first complete the short Web Folders setup process. For more information, see "Setting up Web Folders".
To manage the folders on your site using Web Folders:
Open Windows Explorer on your computer and go to the Web Folder for your site.
